What to do

Discover our territory

The Pre-Alps are a unique place, with unmistakable flora and fauna.
The gentle slopes enlivened by stories and people, traditions and landscapes guide your gaze towards the highest peaks of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Summertime

A wide network of trails runs throughout Nevegal, meeting the needs of everyone, children and adults, outdoor enthusiasts and families. The Creste path offers unique views: from Lake Santa Croce to the Alpago, from the Valbelluna to the Dolomites.
On a clear day, the view can reach as far as the Venice Lagoon.

For climbing enthusiasts, not far from La Casera restaurant, it is possible to follow a path that leads to a cliff. To find out more, we recommend consulting the book ‘Falesie delle Dolomiti Bellunesi’ edited by Climband a.s.d.

The blossoming season, from June to September, paints the landscape in infinite colours. The Botanical Garden of the Eastern Alps is the ideal place to discover many species cultivated in a phytogeographical interpretation.

Wintertime

The days get shorter, the air is getting crispier and the peaks are starting to wear their white coats. It is the arrival of the winter season that makes Nevegal, at sunrise and sunset, glow with its own light. Rifugio Bristot can be reached in several ways: snowshoes, crampons and ski mountaineering.
The nearby ski area guarantees fun for all technical levels, from beginners to experts, with the possibility of contacting the Nevegal Italian Ski School.
