Living in the mountains also means belonging to a territory and creating relationships with those who work there and take care of it: this is why we choose to cook our dishes preferably with local product.<\/strong> A sign mutual strength and support.<\/p>\n

The bread<\/strong> is baked by the Panificio Bertagno<\/strong><\/a>, which uses strictly Italian flours, excludes any kind of semi-finished products, and is oriented towards the almost exclusive use of sourdough.<\/p>\n

The cheese<\/strong> is produced by Malga Van<\/b><\/a> located just above Valmorel; the dairy combines tradition and innovation<\/strong>.<\/p>

The meat<\/b> is selected by our trusted butcher, Gourmeats – Cavarzano Carni Store<\/b><\/a>.<\/p>\n

The honey<\/strong> and seasonal vegetables<\/strong> are supplied by the Societ\u00e0 Agricola Coste di Vena d’Oro<\/strong><\/a>, an authentic company, passionate about nature and uncontaminated by choice.<\/p>\n

The Spelt<\/strong> and sweet and sour vegetables<\/strong> come from Cooperativa Agricola La Fiorita<\/strong><\/a>, committed to eco-sustainable cultivation and protection of the land.<\/p>\n

The fruit juices,<\/strong> a true natural nectar, are from the Azienda Agricola La Giasena<\/a><\/strong>, which follows a completely local supply chain<\/strong>, from fruit cultivation to packaging.<\/p>

Apple juice<\/b> is a speciality of the Societ\u00e0 Agricola Fattore Dolomiti<\/b><\/a>.<\/p>\n
