Our network

Living in the mountains also means belonging to a territory and creating relationships with those who work there and take care of it: this is why we choose to cook our dishes preferably with local product. A sign mutual strength and support.

The bread is baked by the Bertagno Bakery, which uses strictly Italian flours, excludes any kind of semi-finished products, and is oriented towards the almost exclusive use of sourdough.

The cheese is produced by Malga Van located just above Valmorel; the dairy combines tradition and innovation.

The honey and seasonal vegetables are supplied by the Società Agricola Coste di Vena d’Oro, an authentic company, passionate about nature and uncontaminated by choice.

Spelt, sweet and sour vegetables and some other products are supplied by La Fiorita Agricultural Cooperative, committed to eco-sustainable cultivation and protection of the land.

The fruit juices, a true natural nectar, are from the Azienda Agricola La Giasena, which follows a completely local supply chain, from fruit cultivation to packaging.
